By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by RUM Studios (hereinafter referred to as the "RUMS"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.2. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All designs, graphics, images, and content created by the RUMS are the exclusive property of the RUMS unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
b. License: Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose specified in the project agreement.
c. Prohibited Use: Clients are expressly prohibited from selling, sublicensing, redistributing, or otherwise transferring any deliverables to third parties without the explicit written consent of the RUMS.3. Payment
a. Payment Terms: Clients agree to the payment terms outlined in the project agreement. The RUMS reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until full payment is received.
b. Late Payments: In the event of late payments, the RUMS reserves the right to charge interest or suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information, including but not limited to project details, pricing, and proprietary techniques, disclosed during the course of the project.5. Client Responsibilities
a. Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for project completion.
b. Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback during the project timeline. Failure to provide feedback may result in project delays.6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or contract for any reason with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.7. Limitation of Liability
The RUMS shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the delivered materials.8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of European Union, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within European Union.9. Modifications
The RUMS reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review the terms periodically.By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
